Glenair manufactures all popular industry-standard rectangular connectors used in military, aerospace and other high reliability applications, including special high-performance versions of the M24308 D-Sub and our revolutionary Series 79 Micro-Crimp connector. We offer a small form factor rectangular connector for virtually every board-to-board, wire-to-board, and cable-to-cable requirement. All our rectangular connector products are available with flex circuit terminations, as well as turnkey point-to-point cordsets. We are QPL suppliers of all M32139 Nano, M83513 Micro-D as well hermetic 24308 D-Subs and other special purpose solutions. Many series, including Glenair Micro-Crimp and HiPer-D, are available as EMI/RFI filter and high-speed solutions.

Why Rectangular?

Because of their shape, and the way rectangular connectors are fixed together with jacking hardware, these connectors can deliver optimized interconnection of circuits with higher density and less wasted space compared to circulars. Rectangular connectors may be easily fitted with float mount and guide-pin technologies, making them suitable for blind mate and rack-and-panel applications. High contact count — even multi-row — rectangular connectors provide for a much simpler pathway for right angle PC board termination compared to circular connectors.
