Glenair Limited Warranty

In the event this product contains a defect in the materials or workmanship, Glenair, Inc. will, at is option, either replace or repair the product if the product, separate and removed from any machinery or equipment in which it has been incorporated, is returned with proof of purchase to Glenair, Inc. by the original purchaser within twelve (12) months from the date of shipment.

Glenair, Inc. makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the product, its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Glenair, Inc. assumes no responsibility for, and in no event shall it be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost savings, arising out of use of, or inability to use, the product, including any costs incurred in removing the product from any machinery or equipment in which it has been incorporated, even if Glenair, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The remedies set forth herein are exclusive.
